Student chapters run on volunteer energy — and too much of it was going into admin. Registrations lived in forms, payments in screenshots, certificates in a design tool and check-ins on paper.

- Automation. Confirmation emails, reminders and certificates generate themselves.
- QR check-in. Volunteers scan tickets on their phones; dashboards update live.
- AR exhibit guide. Visitors point their phones at projects to see animated explanations and the team behind them.
The result
Organisers cut manual admin by around 90% and can launch a new event in a day.
